To celebrate the 36th Anniversary of the ‘Lost Boys’ film and Halloween, F*CLR are proud to present Intergalactic Disco Vampire, Natasha Kitty Katt and her ‘Batt Danse’ EP featuring very special guest vocalist, original Lost Boy, Billy Wirth. Riding over an incessant 80s style electronic groove, Billy delivers a brilliantly chilling message….’you’re one of us now’. Natasha Kitty Katt is not your average DJ and producer; she’s an otherworldly force and with her hypnotic beats and ethereal melodies, she transports listeners to a cosmic dancefloor where time and space dissolve into a groovy, pulsating journey. Here, she takes up the narrative:

“As a lover of all things Vamps, The Lost Boys is a stand out film for me. I remember my Auntie having the VHS when my sister and I were little. She put it on one day and I was hooked. Give me 80s, vampires and a killer soundtrack and you have one happy Katt. When I composed Batt Danse, I could visualise a tribute to my beloved vampires, as well as paying tribute to the Danse Macabre. I wanted something with a creepy electronic edge, that made people move. There’s a forthcoming video for ‘Batt Danse’ which I filmed with No Reel Productions – the whole team including Scott Kempik have insane animation skills. My friend Kevin helped to conceptualise the video and had an idea that an actual Lost Boy should be in it. Kevin has worked with the Lost Boys and helped make that connection. He put me in touch with my favourite Vampire, Dwayne “Billy Wirth”. I never in my wildest dreams thought such a project could happen, but here we are. Billy brought out his full Dwayne character for the role. You can hear his vampiric tones and passion as he steps back into his iconic role. The video will be out a few weeks after the release as an exclusive. Watch this space”.
